Welcome to the DKUT App. By using our application, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

The Service is intended for students, staff, and verified members of the university community.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for activity on your account and must maintain the security of your credentials.
4. Content
You may post, link, store, share, and make available various content. You are responsible for the content you post.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Post harmful, abusive, or offensive content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate others
- Impersonate others
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts/systems
- Reverse engineer the Service
6. Marketplace Transactions
We provide a platform for users to buy/sell items but are not responsible for any transactions, item quality, or disputes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. You agree to indemnify us against claims related to your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by local laws. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration.

All content within the app is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction may lead to legal consequences.

Optional purchases may be offered. All purchases are final via Google Play Billing, with refunds only as required by law.
